Description
The Rometa 2030 is an automatic block making machine of medium-high capacity (1,300-1,500 pieces/hour) with static quality, designed for the production of blocks, ceiling blocks and pavers. Its heavy-duty vibrocompressor and 1200×700 mm tray ensure pieces of high dimensional precision. Vibration with 2 synchronised vibrating shafts.
Fully automatic gantry-type palletizing for continuous production. 4-side clamping with its own motor-pump.
Automatic tray feeding and rotation.
The planetary mixer is 750/500 litres.
It can produce pieces such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks, kerbstones and all kinds of pieces.
