Our history

In 2020, Rometa, manufacturer of machinery for the production of concrete pieces since 1956, decided to develop a mould manufacturing business by integrating Moldes y Lapeados, with more than 36 years of experience in the sector. This is how Toform, Rometa's mould brand, was born.

What is Toform

Toform, Rometa's mould brand, has been manufacturing custom moulds for all concrete block making machine brands for over 36 years, for the production of blocks, kerbstones, pavers, ceiling blocks, special parts or custom client designs. Their special 500 HB (64 HRC) hardness steel ensures excellent dimensional accuracy and an above-average service life, reducing cost per manufactured piece.

The range includes mono-bloc moulds, removable moulds (with removable, mechanised cores and partitions), hydraulic moulds, and spare or interchangeable parts.

Mould maintenance is key to extending its lifespan and keeping the maximum quality of the pieces produced. The Toform rotary table allows easy access to every point of the mould, both for cleaning and repairs.
