Rometa has been present in the United Arab Emirates since 2025, with 3 installations: a block-making machine, a concrete batching plant and a Forlab quality-control laboratory. These include a brand-new plant in Dubai for blocks, EPS-insulated blocks and pavers, designed for a very small site, continuous production 20 hours a day and the heat and humidity of the desert summer. The custom configuration of the 4050 model (4050S-90) reaches 3,000 blocks/hour on a 1,800 m² plant and integrates an artificial intelligence assistant into the PLC. Rometa has designed and manufactured block-making machines and concrete batching plants in Spain since 1956, adapted to different production volumes, with technical support for international clients.
