Rometa has 2 installations in the United States. These include a brand-new plant in Miami (2023, 1,500 m² site) in an area with high demand for blocks and pavers and a shortage of material supply. The 4050 installation, with a concrete batching plant, 4-axis vibration and a dual curing zone, reaches a steady output of 2,700 blocks/hour, with palletizing configurable to 4, 5 or 6 layers depending on customer demand. Rometa has designed and manufactured block-making machines and concrete batching plants in Spain since 1956, adapted to different production volumes, with technical support for international clients.
