Description

The Rometa aggregate elevator is a vertical lifting system for aggregates by buckets. Aggregates enter from the bottom via a belt feeder or vibrating feeder, rise through the buckets and exit from the top via an 800 mm belt.

It is designed for aggregates up to 25 mm, with an approximate loading rate of 150 m³/hour and a lifting height of up to 50 metres. The geared motor is located at the top, with progressive start-up, and a walkway provides access to it for maintenance.

Wear areas feature replaceable wear-resistant plate of 400 HB and maintenance zones have inspection doors. It incorporates rotation sensors and belt slip detectors for safe operation.
