Request a quoteDescription
Rometa compact transportable batching plants (M565 to M1125) produce 15 to 40 m³/h for temporary sites and precast production. Their foldable design allows transport on a single truck and assembly within hours, with integrated precise dosing and without a crane.
They are designed for manufacturing blocks, kerbstones, pavers, pipes, beams and concrete slabs. They can be configured with a different number of aggregates and with one or two mixers (the second one for producing the paver's top layer) and produce a homogeneous mix for dry, soft, lightweight, heavy or refractory concrete.
They include a computer control system that reports cement and aggregate consumption per batch and cumulatively by day, plus a remote assistance system via modem.
They can produce different mixes and formulas to feed several machines from the same mixing plant.

Features & advantages
Key components of the installation.
- The concrete is transported to the machine or truck through a belt or aerial hopper (mono-rail or bi-rail, gate or swivel type).
- Aggregates are dosed by volume or by weight using a weighing belt or hopper that travels to each hopper.
- Water control by meter (litre or weight), distributed at several points to achieve a more homogeneous concrete.
- Mixer interior covered by different screwed plates to facilitate replacement; hydraulic gate.
- Arms mounted with silentblocks to absorb any impact on the blades, made of wear-resistant material.
What this plant produces
