Stationary: Concrete batching plant with 15 to 100 m³ per hour
Rometa stationary concrete batching plant (M565–M2500), 15 to 100 m³/h, with precise dosing and vertical-shaft planetary mixer for precast and ready-mix production.
Request a quoteDescription
Rometa stationary concrete batching plants (M565 to M2500 range) produce 15 to 100 m³/h for fixed precast installations, with a high-resistance planetary mixer and automatic system that deliver precise dosing and homogeneous concrete in every cycle. They are designed for manufacturing blocks, kerbstones, pavers, pipes, beams and concrete slabs, and can be configured with a different number of aggregates and with one or two mixers (the second one for producing the paver's top layer), producing a homogeneous mix for dry, soft, lightweight, heavy or refractory concrete.
They include a computer control system, SCADA, that reports cement and aggregate consumption per batch and cumulatively by day, plus a remote assistance system via VPN.
They can produce different mixes and formulas to feed several machines from the same batching plant.
A single aggregate discharge point can be set up, along with an elevation and loading system for large-capacity elevated hoppers of up to 120 m³ each.
With a weighing-belt dosing system using load cells, or a weighing cart to allow discharge at different points, such as two skips feeding two mixers.
Hoppers with pneumatic gate opening, or belt.

Features & advantages
Key components of the installation.
- Concrete is transported to the machine or truck via a belt or elevated hopper (mono-rail or bi-rail, gate or rotary type).
- Aggregate dosing by volume or by weight, using a weighing belt or hopper that travels to each hopper.
- Water control by litre counter or by weight, distributed at several points to achieve a more homogeneous concrete.
- Mixer interior lined with bolted, easily replaceable plates; hydraulic gate.
- Arms mounted on silentblocks to absorb impacts on the blades, made of wear-resistant material.
- Installation with a single discharge point for aggregate trucks.
- Laser control of the hopper filling level.
- Hopper opening via belt, pneumatic gate or vibrating feeder.
What this plant produces
This batching plant feeds concrete to the machinery that makes the final product.
Supplies concrete to block making machines, wetcast plants and other installations to manufacture blocks, kerbs, pavers, pipes, beams and concrete slabs.
