Description
The Rometa 2030 is an automatic block making machine of medium-high capacity (1,300-1,500 pieces/hour) with static quality, designed for the production of blocks, ceiling blocks and pavers. Its heavy-duty vibrocompressor and 1200×700 mm tray ensure pieces of high dimensional precision. Vibration with 2 synchronised vibrating shafts.
Fully automatic gantry-type palletizing for continuous production. 4-side clamping with its own motor-pump.
Automatic tray feeding and rotation.
The planetary mixer is 750/500 litres.
It can produce pieces such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks, kerbstones and all kinds of pieces.

What determines the quality of a concrete piece?
Four main factors: face fineness (depending on the aggregate size used), density or weight (depending on vibration, aggregate quality and cement amount), dimensional accuracy (depending on machine quality) and thermal insulation (depending on aggregate, density and mould design). With the right parameters, a 40x20 block can reach strengths of up to 80 tonnes.
What type of shelving is used in dryers?
It can be metal, concrete or mixed construction, fixed or mobile depending on the available building. Dryers must be enclosed or under cover to avoid sun and wind; Rometa provides the construction drawings as part of its technical support. Drying is natural (no added heat or humidity), and the recommended minimum capacity equals 1.5 days of production.
Can a Rometa plant be expanded later on?
Yes. Rometa's modular design lets you start with an initial setup (mixing, production machine and transport cart) and expand it progressively as production needs grow, reusing up to 90% of the initial investment without replacing the whole system.
How much production capacity does the Rometa 2030 have?
Up to 1,500 units/hour, with 100 kW of installed power, for medium-high production of blocks, hollow-core blocks and pavers, fully automatically.
