Description
Rometa's shot blasting treatment projects steel shot at the dry concrete piece before palletizing, removing the thin surface layer and exposing the aggregates to achieve a high-value shot-blasted finish with a more natural stone-like appearance. Ideal for facade elements and urban furnishings. The quality of the finish largely depends on the proportion and mixing of the aggregates.
The treatment is applied before palletizing: the piece enters a protected cabin where it is struck by the steel balls that remove the fine surface particles; it is then cleaned and palletized.
