Description

The Rometa split machine automatically and precisely divides the concrete piece in two, producing a natural rough-textured finish on each face. This split surface treatment increases the aesthetic value of blocks, kerbstones and pavers, and is especially valued in facades and landscaping. The quality of the finish largely depends on the proportion and mixing of the aggregates.

The treatment is applied after the piece has dried: it is manufactured as a double piece in the block machine and then split using four blades with a specific force to ensure a perfect cut, before being palletised.
