Description

Rometa's double-layer machine is a complementary accessory for the 2010, 2030, 2050 and 4050 block making machines. It applies a second concrete layer with pigment or decorative aggregate on the visible face of the piece, reducing pigment costs by up to 70% while maintaining high-quality finishes.

It consists of a structure of great resistance with a receiving hopper for coloured concrete, made up of a hydraulically operated feeder, loading hopper, electrical equipment and hydraulic equipment.

It includes 4 cylinders with 4 flow regulators for its elevation as the pieces pass underneath. All movements (elevation, hopper and feeder box) are hydraulic, and it includes a counter-mould cleaner.
