Retrofitting modernises your plant without the investment of a new line: we keep the existing mechanics and replace obsolete electrical panels and automation. With over 70 years manufacturing machinery for precast concrete, we offer it to precast plants and to other industrial sectors alike.
We design and build the electrical panels at our facilities and program the PLC and HMI with the brand the customer prefers. A single point of contact handles the whole project, from the audit to commissioning.
Your plant starts logging its data: the production of every batch and the operating variables and conditions of each machine. This information enables fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance.
We connect the plant to Rometa Connect, our plant control system: 2D and 3D views of the whole installation, real-time status of every zone, alarms, recipes and remote diagnostics.
Every project starts with an audit of the installation, followed by engineering, manufacturing and testing of the panel and software in our workshop. This keeps plant downtime to a minimum, scheduled together with you.

Rometa Color-mix: integrated color dosing system for precast concrete with precise and consistent chromatic reproduction in every production cycle.
Colour Dosing Unit
Rometa colour dosing unit: automatic pigment dosing for 1 to 4 colours, with airtight 0.5 m³ hoppers and a weighing cart fitted with load cells.
Face-mix
Rometa Double Layer: accessory for 2010–4050 block machines that applies a pigmented second layer to reduce colorant costs by up to 70%.
Trays
Rometa pallets: key element between mould and vibrating table for precise vibration transmission during filling. Available in wood or synthetic materials.
Dryers
Rometa curing chambers: humidity and temperature control for optimal concrete piece curing before palletizing, reducing curing time by up to 40%.
Height Control
Rometa height control: automatic laser measurement of each piece's height as it exits the block machine, with ±0.1 mm accuracy.
