Description
The Rometa 2050 is a high-production automatic block making machine from the Rometa range (1,800 pieces/hour). Electronic control of force and frequency. Vibration with servo motors. 1200-1400×700 mm tray. Automatic mould and counter-mould change.
Automatic pneumatic or servo-motor palletizing, gantry-type for continuous production. 4 columns. Lifting and translation with servo motors.
The planetary mixing plant is 1,125/750 litres with humidity control.
Automatic tray feeding and rotation.
Curing chamber and remote production monitoring through Rometa Cloud.
Production of blocks, pavers, kerbstones and all kinds of pieces.

- Compatible with double layer (Face Mix) for a decorative finish on pavers and kerbs.
