How does it work?

Pallets with freshly manufactured blocks pass through a measurement arch equipped with laser sensors. The system calculates the actual height of each piece and classifies it as OK or KO according to the tolerance set by the operator from a touchscreen.

Automatic or manual adjustment

AUTOMATIC PIGMENT DOSING

Supplied in sets of 1, 2, 3 or 4 colors, each with its own sealed hopper of 0.5 m³, with no pigment mixing. A 50-litre weighing cart with three load cells measures each dose before discharging it onto the aggregate conveyor or skip. Dosing controlled from the control cabin, with less dust and less pigment loss.
