Rometa in Russia

Rometa has had a presence in Russia since 2013. Among its projects is a new plant in the Urals region (2013-2014, 1,100 m² facility) for manufacturing 50 x 50 x 6 cm concrete slabs and curbs, with a specific logistics requirement: packages of exact dimensions to make the most efficient use of railway wagons. The line, based on the Rometa 2050 machine, features curing chambers with underfloor heating and atomized water, as well as a palletizing system with a triple gripper and slab-turning function, reaching a capacity of 180 m² per hour. Rometa has been designing and manufacturing block-making machines and concrete batching plants in Spain since 1956, tailored to different production volumes, with technical support for international customers.
